Digital Products (E-books)

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all e-book purchases are final. Once the download link has been provided or the file sent, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

• Usage: E-books are for personal use only and may not be distributed or shared.

Business Consultations

• Fees: Consultation fees (starting at INR 1 Cr) are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the session commences.

• Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Abhishek Gilara shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the e-books or professional consultations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
