I stand proud as the fourth generation in our 104-year-old family business—a legacy built not just on gold and gems, but on values, discipline, and unity. And now, with great joy, I see my son preparing to join this journey too.
We are a joint family enterprise, where four of us—two brothers and two cousins—lead different verticals of the company. As the next generation steps in, one question naturally arises: How do we manage such a large, multi-owner business without conflict or confusion?
The answer lies in one powerful word: accountability.
Every major decision in our company first passes through a structured board—comprising active family members and department heads. This isn’t bureaucracy; it’s clarity. It’s how we ensure we grow like a corporation while staying rooted in family.
Does this slow down creativity? Not at all. Because what binds us is deeper than profit—it’s trust and alignment. We consistently nurture this bond through family events, shared rituals, and values passed to our children—like respecting every elder, regardless of title.
Family is our strength, not our struggle.
We don’t just run a business. We live by a philosophy: Growth happens best when hearts are united, roles are clear, and egos take the backseat.
This is how a legacy survives. This is how a legacy thrives. And this is how a legacy is passed on—not just with wealth, but with wisdom.
