Earlier today, I found myself reflecting on the incredible journey of our 104-year-old family business. With the fifth generation now stepping into leadership roles, I felt the urge to put pen to paper not just to express pride, but to realign our collective focus. I wrote a heartfelt letter to every member of our joint family who is actively involved in growing Rambhajo’s, the business our ancestors built with discipline, faith, and unity.

In any family-run enterprise, profit and position are by-products not the purpose. The real success lies in preserving trust, building alignment, and reminding every new generation that we don’t compete against each other—we grow with each other.
