Creating Your Own Climate in a Negative World

By Dr. Abhishek Gilara

Can we really grow and thrive—even when we are surrounded by negativity? My answer is: absolutely yes. I live in Rajasthan, India—a place known for its blazing summers, where temperatures soar mercilessly. But inside my home or office, I don’t feel that heat. Why? Because I’ve installed air conditioners that create a calm, cool, and productive environment, despite the chaos outside. There’s just one glass window between me and the desert heat. On one side: extreme, uncontrolled heat. On my side: comfort, control, and clarity. This isn’t just about physical weather. It’s a metaphor for life. The world outside can be harsh, noisy, critical, discouraging—even toxic. But your internal environment can still be peaceful, focused, and growth-orientated. You just need to “install your own air conditioner”your personal system that filters out the heat and noise of negativity.

So how do you create such a mental environment?

Here’s my 3-step Success Cooling Systemtried, tested, and 100% effective:

1. Find a mentor who has walked the path you wish to walk. Someone who sees your potential and can guide your transformation.

2. Build discipline to consistently follow what your mentor teaches. Discipline is the remote control of your inner climate.

3. Apply what you learn—with action, honesty, and daily effort. Don’t let insights stay in your notebook. Let them shape your character.

This is not theory. This is how I live. I don’t wait for the world to change. I change my room, my routine, and my response.

So yes, even in the worst surroundings, you can feel your best—if you set the right temperature within.

Because true success is not about changing the world—it’s about changing the climate inside you.
